Amazing service and knowledge base
Sales was a great experience, but once you sign on the dotted line, be mindful, they could care less. Quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail are non-existent. Communication completely lacking. I implore anybody interested in using this builder to ask for references, walk around a Fischer neighborhood and knock on doors. Ask people who have built with them about their experience.
It was very good experience.
I think this is across the board at this point with builders but you couldnt perform more poor workmanship or use cheaper materials to make a house even if you tried. Should have just built it myself with lincoln logs. Im not sure in good faith i could recommend building a house. Customer service was about satisfactory though.
