We would never recommend Fischer Homes! If you choose to build with them, you need to watch absolutely everything they are doing when building your home! We would even recommend having a very thorough inspection completed if possible. Once you sign off, they do not care about the issues you could end up dealing with. Once you buy the home, they forget to fix the multiple errors noted during the closing date. The manager does not have any interest in fix the problems. I have notified and asked him many time w/o any reply. I notified the builder and its the same. Be careful!
