Excellent pre sale care by Matthew, very happy with the lack of drama, the very short timeframe between acceptance and installation, and the most personable care and customer service by Adrian and his assistants, wrapped up our entire heat pump project in under two business days. Now, just waiting for the final electrical permit approval, my hopes are high (! ?? ) 5+++ rating all around

A very good experience from initial contact through to completion. Good communication, excellent attention to detail, and very personable and positive interactions all through the process. I had my new furnace and thermostat installed today. The installers, Alex and Nolan were very knowledgeable technicians and explained everything I needed to know, walked me through future filter changing and answered all my questions. Matt was very knowledgeable and walked me through the do’s and don’ts in operating my new furnace and walked me through on how to operate my new thermostat.
