Specially shout out to Heather, Blum! I had a wonderful experience with Heather! She was very knowledgeable and went through every step with us. There was difficulties my husband and I had at design center about pricing. Because Michelle was the person that we had hard time to communicate with. So at the first visit at design center, price increased high rocket from the base price. But on another visit, Heather even spent time with us on her off day and helped us to get right house price. This is what their front porches look like after just a little over a year in my home. I bought in November 2020 and in Feb. 2022 my front porch cracked after some salt was put on it. I bought a new-construction home from F&F in April 2021. I loved it right from the start...X-for one BIG problem, a persistent “dripping” noise coming through the HVAC vents whenever the heat cycled off. F&F threw everything they had at the problem and more, repeatedly trying to identify the source and a fix…but 2.5 years later, the problem remained.
