Just when i thought customer service was dead, I had a termite problem so i called 3 companies out for a assessment of my home and a quote , One company send me to a 1-800 asked to leave my info and someone would call me back within 48 hours, Other company wanted to give me a quote on phone without even seeing my home [and i have active termites] ,So contacted Fischer Environmental a live person answered the phone, a termite inspector came A.M. next day after a complete check out of my home inspector explained WHAT was going... read more
Great customer service. I needed a quote for termite protection and the salesman was on time and explained the options that would work for me best. We decided to go with the Sentricon system. Their technician came out as scheduled and was done in a timely manner. I can rest easy knowing my home is now protected from termites.
