If this is Harper’s Landscaping, I could not be more disappointed in this company. Our HOA uses them and we have a serious broken sprinkler and now flooding problem that they refuse to address at all. They tell the cam they’re sending someone and they never do. That’s a lack of honesty and integrity, not to mention terribly unprofessional. I’ve never seen anything like this. They’ve left a gaping dangerous hole and a dangerous situation for guests and owners in our courtyard.
