They helped me out tremendously. Redid a sprinkler head for me. Awesome customer service.
They are never out of stock of any of the products at least that I've needed they're friendly and reasonably priced
Adam must have been having a bad day when I called. I hate to leave a bad review as I do like FIS as a distributor but the customer service by this particular gentleman was not good. This review is not to diminish the good reputation of FIS but to offer a suggestion to better train the desk staff on customer service skills. As a whole I typically do enjoy FIS, the other locations I have used have been excellent.
