Worst apartments in Dayton area. Always Argues about the lease and the inspection of the apartment. Doesn't even cares about the their own customers.

Edited July 2025: This apartment complex is by FAR the worst place I have ever, and will ever, live. Our lease finally ended and I feel like I can write an honest review without fear of retaliation. I lived in building 351 unit 1C which is mouse infested and covered in mold. As mentioned in my previous review, we found a dead decaying mouse in the baseboard heater, which should have been the first red flag, but we ignored it.
