I scheduled an appointment and showed up just for no one to come to the door and no one to answer the phone even though I heard a cell phone inside. The lack of service is crazy considering I scheduled an appointment like told. They not only waited my time but also my gas just to be ignored they are very inconsiderate for this type of service. I recommend saving your time and looking somewhere else
The Echelon Apartments is an ideal community for anyone looking for peace, comfort, and a great location. While the entire staff has been exceptionally polite, professional, and helpful, Machho stands out as an exceptional property manager. He consistently ensured that any issue I had was addressed promptly and resolved efficiently. If you’re looking for a quiet, well-maintained community with a professional staff that genuinely cares about its residents, I highly recommend The Echelon Apartments.
It’s a guy that drives a black Jeep that stays on front of the office that does burn outs everyday when people told him to stop he gets mad
