Had a tour with mr. Williams and i have to say that besides being wholesome, the professionalism hes got is excellent. Not one question unanswered, attention to detail and hospitality was by far the best ive had from a property manager. Very pleased. Top tier.
I’ve really enjoyed living here. The apartment is modern and bright, with updated appliances and plenty of space. The location is convenient—close to shops and transit—and the staff are responsive to maintenance requests. Rent has gone up a bit, and the walls aren’t fully soundproof, but overall it’s a comfortable, well-managed place I’d recommend.
I’ve had an excellent experience at The Echelon Apartments, and a big part of that is thanks to the property manager, Machho Williams. Machho is always professional, approachable, and quick to help with anything that comes up. Whether it’s maintenance requests, questions about the community, or general concerns, he handles everything with patience and efficiency.
