Compassionate and Caring We have been to Firtion Adams Funeral Home many times to pay our respects to friends and family members. The staff has always been respectful and dignified.
considerate I had to attend a wake here at Firtion Adams for a friend of the family. They handled the very big crowd well, and everything was done with respect. The gentlemen at the door were especially kind and considerate upon arriving and leaving.
Went to two funerals here very recently These town funerals were close together and in fact from people in the same immediate family. The family raved about how well things had been handled for them and things were run nicely while guests were present but after the last funeral I stayed behind and ended up having to lug a gazzilliion flower arrangements out to my friend's car with she and her husband. No one from the funeral home even offered to help us. I thought that was odd.
Great people I haven't been to a funeral home where the people were not the most accommodating and caring and Firtion Adams is no exception. They take great care of you and aim to please. Their facility is very home like too, a warm atmosphere.
Firtion Adams Firtion Adams is the nicest funeral home in westfield. The Adam's family is wonderful as are all the staff. Very professional and caring people. THey really do a wonderful job and I would highly recommend them.
Firtion Adams Funeral Service The Adams Family helped our family go through a rough time without any problems, Everything was well thought out and planned. This was a beautiful facility that had a large area to work with so that many people could attend my fathers funeral.
funeral homes This facility was able to do a great job accomodating a large service. There was a great number of people who attended. They were able to make the people comfortable during the calling hours.
Funeral home When one of my parents passed away suddenly I got in touch with the funeral home and told them how he died and where I had to go. They took the time to sit down with me before I had to get on my flight and took hold of getting my father back to MA. They dealt with the arrangements to get him back. While I was gone they helped the rest of my family make arrangements. I would highly recommend them in a family time of grieving.
