Great help in the initial Tender, advises, good communication, and friendly staff (Scott and Ruth)
We built our house with first style homes three years ago. There was a crack appeared in the outside of the house . I informed first style Emelda Barkho. It was attended immediately and was fixed. Then a Internal crack appeared later, i informed Emelda, she sent a guy to inspect it today. Pretty sure that will be fixed too. Highly recommend this company for there after sales service. Emelda Barkho is amazing.
UPDATE almost three years later after completion of building. Highly defective subfloor upstairs, they fixed it a couple of times but it took over a year to get them to actually come out and complete anything. Now we are left with a brand new house that still have a defective floor but also now the carpet (which we paid premium to upgrade) is cut in every single section upstairs because the whole floor had been to accessed. Scott is very good at what he does and goes above and beyond to assist and in offering suggestions.
