We built our first home with Firstyle. Having no previous building experience, the HQ team were great from the first introduction. Cassandra was amazing during our internal selections process, offering amazing advice which we are grateful for now having lived in the home. Unfortunately due to unforeseen delays due to covid, weather and materials, we were very delayed on our construction and move in. Do NOT build with this mob!!! They are slow with the built and are months behind! We're in trouble with our bank because the build didn't complete in time!!! Avoid this company like a plaque because they are !!! STAY away for your own sanity!!! AVOID!!!
Just bought house and land package with Firstyle Home, we have experiencing lots of defects after moved in due to bad workmanship, poor quality control. Have been chasing them to fix defects for more than 6 months, still persist. We had issue with sewage blockage when moved in, underground drainage PVC pipe damage and the soil never fill back properly with hole without grass and so-on. Not recommended
