I’d highly recommend this company highly. I worked for them within a larger company and I was able to take advantage of being in the facility to apply for an internal position within the larger company. This is a great company to get in the door.
First of all they told me I could go to work at Kimberly Clark they strung me along for three weeks to tell me that I could not work there. Then they got me a Nother job opportunity and because I didn’t write down my criminal history which was supposed to be expunged off of my record so therefore that’s why I did not write it down the lady I spoke to was downright mean and ugly and has no business working in a staffing place since she has no people skills whatsoever if you do not have a perfect record don’t even bother going... read more
You could pay your employees a better wage, or at least pay the wage you promised. All of us at pactiv were promised an extra dollar after 90 days. Seven months later, not one person has received it and mentioning it to firststaff (of benton) got no response. I've worked through many employment services like this in the past, and out of them all, firststaff is the absolute worst, bottom of the barrel. Only go there as a last resort.
