Great experience. You can't please everyone (some of the reviews here are extremely Karen-coded). I personally had a very good visit both times I've come.
The ultrasound technician is friendly, professional and patient. The receptionist 小姐姐 is very nice, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended! Very pleasant experience!
Worst front desk I experienced in Toronto. They booked me for 8:15 and nobody was there till 8:30
I had a really great experience here! Everyone was so friendly, professional, and welcoming. The staff made me feel very comfortable and explained everything clearly during the ultrasound. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. The clinic was also clean and well organized. Highly recommend this place!
