My HOA has been (mis)managed by FSR for over a decade. They failed to perform so many of their responsibilities, and our recent recompetition of the contract revealed how far behind the competition they are. Even after losing the contract, FSR has found new lows to sink to in their final months, instead of exiting gracefully. I recommend avoiding FSR at all costs.
Account Manager Lisa Bolin and assistant Sara Mattox have been excellent in responding to our board and community needs this past year.

Jessica does not return or respond to emails, texts or phone calls! I’ve been waiting weeks for a response and she ignores my messages. She is so unprofessional and DOES NOT answer questions or concerns! I need approval to add a deck to my house and it has been nothing but a headache having to deal with her lack of responsibility.
Five Stars! For duty above and beyond....that is what Lisa Bolin has given to Fountainview. With such a catastrophic event as the flooding Lisa and FSR has been there to guide our council through it. Even when she didn't have the answers , she asked the questions and did the research to find the answers. We are truly grateful to have her on our side.
