Our strata transitioned to First Service several years ago after 2 other property management companies. FS is a very professionally run organization. I was Treasurer and the accounting is excellent and staff were responsive to questions in a timely manner. Further, due to their size, they were able to access services such as insurance brokerage that would not be possible with smaller companies.
I would like to make a review with your concierge person at 1788 Gilmore Ave in Burnaby and her name is Adelina, she is so attentive very professional and very helpful and making sure our present is well taking care and assisted directively, very friendly too,,she is a great staff and an asset for your company Good Job ADELINA

We live at Motif in Brentwood, Burnaby, B.C. and after experiencing the lack lustre service of previous building managers in our building, it is refreshing to now have the current services of our recently hired building manager, Zana! The common areas have never been cleaner and she is always around if anyone needs her. Our pets all LOVE her and she goes above and beyond to ensure our needs are met in the building.
Our Concierge Team Lead Rohini S and her team offer exemplary service with dedication and commitment. Rohini goes above and beyond her call of duty and does not hesitate to stay back when there's an emergency even if that is after her work hours. This company outsources everything... a Form B was difficult and expensive to get. The admin didn't forward the instructions, I was waiting for a form as per the customer care. I had to wake up the property manager who was helpful but has nothing to do with the form request. in the end I am dealing with a third party company to provide my strata legal document. there is no one at first service who can help and for that matter frankly couldn't care less to help.
