FirstService is a top notch professional organization that manages their associations very well and provide great autonomy to their Managers.
This company recently took over management of the Rancho del Lago (RDL) HOA in Vail AZ. I’ve been a resident within the RDL community since 2005. So far, I’m not impressed. Their “24/7” customer service is based out of another country and can only help with billing questions. I’m selling my home and a potential buyer needed some basic information about side gate approval before placing an offer on my home.
