I think Villas West is the loveliest development in Green Valley.. and what makes it that way is it's management staff and workers. I'd like to commend both Liliana Ortega and Dorothy Gates for their unwavering dedication to the homeowners.. managing 672 units on 63 acres is no easy task. They are the best!
I have lived in Villas West for 12 years as a full time owner/resident. In the past several years, we have upped our game so beautifully! The grounds are managed and well kept, the buildings are uniformly presented. Many friends remark how nice a community Villas West is to own a home. Most importantly are the Folks in our office who manage our daily operations and with 672 of us, they handle our behaviors with professionalism and integrity. I have lived in villas west and was quite pleased with how professional it has become since first service took over. I speak with Liliana Ortega at the villas anytime I have a concern. She does a fine job and is bi- lingual which is great in southern Arizona.
I love Villas West in Green Valley!! I have been living here for 4 years. The villas west staff is awesome. I would like to recognize Liliana Ortega, Assistant Manager for all her help, friendship and commitment to all the residents here at Villas West!! She’s the best!
I have lived in Green Valley Villas West since 2021 and have always felt the office staff has been responsive to resident needs, but I wanted to give a special “shout out” to the knowledge and follow up always given by Liliana Ortega. I know when she says it will be taken care of I can rest assured. I just wanted First Service to know how valued she is to this owner and others I’m sure.
