This company recently took over management of the Rancho del Lago (RDL) HOA in Vail AZ. I’ve been a resident within the RDL community since 2005. So far, I’m not impressed. Their “24/7” customer service is based out of another country and can only help with billing questions. I’m selling my home and a potential buyer needed some basic information about side gate approval before placing an offer on my home. Liliana and Fernanda are awesome, they return your call quickly, and get things done! I have two other HOAs and they return calls weeks later, if at all. Villas West is great.
Whenever I have a question or concern the staff at Villas West are always available to help. I always feel that my villa is in good hands. I have had repairs done on my property when I am not there and the quality of the work is excellent. I’d like to thank Dorothy, Liliana, Fernanda and Carlos for always being responsive.
My service address in Rancho del Lago, Vail, Arizona was recently switched to Firstservice Residential. They are "First" in Customer "No" Service. I searched for hours to find a phone number for their company about a billing dispute and just now found one which lead me back to their corporate office. No email address, only a phone number which led to a dead end. I don't typically waste time writing reviews but I want people to know this company is horrible in communication and resolving customer complaints.
Fernanda Corral of the Villas West office is such a patient and pleasant person always will to help and her smile never goes away. She appears to be a very happy person which reflects on the 672 unit owners in our community.
