Current manager does not perform in a timely manner. Common areas are not addressed. Have experienced unethical behavior. Hopefully this is only evident in our community.
About 4 years ago, we hired FSR to manage our HOA & community. Trish Tracy is our Manager and she always goes above & beyond our expectations. Professional, personable, knowledgeable & capable, she does a fabulous job for our community. This service uses clickpay. Clickpay charges fees for everything - see attached. The only way you don't get a fee, is by mailing a check. I've already paid $45 in late fees as the mailing address given was not the proper one. I'm sorry if your managed by this service. It's been nothing but trouble for me.
I contacted our Rancho Vistoso HOA about the trimming of some tree branches behind our home and they were super quick to respond and in less than a week they were taken care of. It was a pleasure dealing with them and I am very happy with the job that they did! Great customer service!!
Atrocious customer service. Ranking up there with the worst I've ever experienced and motivated me enough to leave a review. 2 stars because we eventually did get the information I needed. Bottom line, Representative Elvi spoke to me like I was a child. Interrupting and insisting she keep on saying the prepared statement and when I kept asking questions she wouldn't understand what the question was in reference to because she kept talking over me while trying to communicate.
