We suddenly noticed a significant fine amount on our quarterly hoa invoice but had never received any notice for this. FirstService claimed first to have emailed this to my husbands email then to mine, we have never received it on any. Either way our HOA regulations clearly state that this has to be sent by regular mail before they can even issue a fine, meaning they are clearly in the wrong, justifying illegal processes as 'we always do it that way'. It’s reassuring to have a Manager that genuinely cares about residents and gets things done right.
