Dru, our community manager in Logans Reserve, deserves to be recognized for his work in our community. Dru has always been pleasant, professional, and accommodating whenever I have questions, need support, and/or clarity on anything. We’ve lived here twenty years and Dru is the one manager I’ve been most pleased with. It is not easy dealing with the many personalities and Dru stays the course and gets the job done. I appreciate him.

First Service residential property management company is extremely unprofessional and unresponsive to homeowners. I placed an order for a Resale Disclosure package and paid for expedited processing, the order was not only not delivered on the due date but the company has been not able to provide me with an update on the delivery status or refund me for the expedited processing fee. This package is impacting the closing date on my house. Highly unprofessional services. Do not recommend this HOA.

Tess makes first residential better. I am not a fan of the company or Their policies but I am extremely grateful for her as a community manager her responsivness and attentiveness to issues. I have experienced a myriad of problems since being here and each time her communication is great, she follows up and she takes care of issues in a timely manner.
