This HOA property management company operates extremely poorly! They have horrible customer service with terrible customer service communication! We attempted to reach our "account portfolio manager", Marissa Freeman, through her direct phone number, and we left multiple VM messages on her direct number but to no avail -- no return call! We called her direct number and left 3-4 direct messages on her number over more than a week's time and we never received one return call. My HOA has been (mis)managed by FSR for over a decade. They failed to perform so many of their responsibilities, and our recent recompetition of the contract revealed how far behind the competition they are. Even after losing the contract, FSR has found new lows to sink to in their final months, instead of exiting gracefully. I recommend avoiding FSR at all costs.

Big Shout out to my HOA manager Julie every time I call or need assistance she is always there to help and make my day better. The other day there was a yellow jacket nest behind my townhome in the common area. I called Julie and she went into action and had someone out there the same day. Thanks Julie you are amazing!!!!
I want to give a big shoutout to Crystal, our property manager with VOD. She went above and beyond by personally picking up a bag of leaves that had been carelessly left behind, helping keep our neighborhood clean and looking great.
