For our daughter's first birthday, we decided to rent out the Logan's Reserve community clubhouse to ensure we had plenty of space and ample parking for our guests. I reached out to Dru Adams, our community manager, and asked about the rental process. The property manager Tess is Awesome. Professional and efficient. I am getting a deck and fence.. I was told it could take up to 6 weeks.. She got it done in 24 hours. How that for consumer service...
We’ve used the HOA clubhouse at Logan’s Reserve twice now and it’s been such a great space for our events! The space is modern and clean and allows for many lay outs depending on the event. We got so many compliments on it! It was easy to schedule and pay for online, and Dru made sure everything was perfect for us. He set out a folding table, answered our questions, and helped with a last minute reschedule. Highly recommend!
