I am extremely disappointed with my experience with FirstService. Since they manage the community where I purchased my home, I have had to contact them regarding various issues, and the level of customer service has been unacceptable. The WORST. Imagine being an elderly citizen and dealing with a company that REFUSES to communicate via phone and only via a middleman service. I’ve been trying to get a refund check for my 90 year old aunt since February 2026. Absolutely the worst. SHAME ON YOU FIRST RESIDENTIAL!!
If your community is considering hiring FirstService Residential, look elsewhere. As a homeowner, my experience with their onsite management team has been an absolute nightmare defined by administrative incompetence and targeted harassment.The onsite property manager unilaterally deactivated our household’s physical access cards to the community gym and pool. For our daughter's first birthday, we decided to rent out the Logan's Reserve community clubhouse to ensure we had plenty of space and ample parking for our guests. I reached out to Dru Adams, our community manager, and asked about the rental process.
