We’ve used the HOA clubhouse at Logan’s Reserve twice now and it’s been such a great space for our events! The space is modern and clean and allows for many lay outs depending on the event. We got so many compliments on it! It was easy to schedule and pay for online, and Dru made sure everything was perfect for us. He set out a folding table, answered our questions, and helped with a last minute reschedule. Highly recommend!
I would like to acknowledge excellence at property management of Logan’s Reserve, Dru Adams! I have lived in Logan’s Reserve since 2006 and I have lived through a number of different property managers and Dru has clearly been the best property manager. He takes ownership of any challenges we may have as well as introducing new innovations to make our community better!
Several times I have had to reach out to management specifically Tess and Cheryl. I appreciate the dedication they have to my community. The knowledge that has been shared and the urgency that is exercised to resolve escalated issues. Thank you.
I am writing this review to advise other consumers to exercise caution regarding First Service Residential. My experience with communication from this company has been deeply disappointing. Despite numerous attempts to contact the company, I have not received a response. I also contacted the customer service center, but no one has returned my calls. My husband and I moved into Logan’s Reserve 3.5 years ago. Dru was the manager and did a great job. His replacement did not. I joined the board of directors shortly after we moved in. We were lucky enough to get Dru back. He is a hard worker and handles difficult situations with poise and professionalism. We have sold our home and are moving to Florida so I left the board as the Vice Chair recently. I can only hope that the manager of our new HOA is as great as Dru.
