First Service residential property management company is extremely unprofessional and unresponsive to homeowners. I placed an order for a Resale Disclosure package and paid for expedited processing, the order was not only not delivered on the due date but the company has been not able to provide me with an update on the delivery status or refund me for the expedited processing fee. This package is impacting the closing date on my house. Highly unprofessional services. Do not recommend this HOA.

Tess makes first residential better. I am not a fan of the company or Their policies but I am extremely grateful for her as a community manager her responsivness and attentiveness to issues.
