This publicly traded company (Nasdaq: FSV) is very comfortable sending you billing statements after making full payment. I’ve exchanged emails and phone calls for a week and been told the same thing every time. Pay the late fee or we’re sending more late fees. One customer service agent even told me to pay 5 days early to avoid late fees. I have actively been submitting call requests and emails to both the property Manager and Regional director. For tree landscaping that I share my fence line with on the greenbelt since 11/25. I have yet to see any action taken, at least an assessment. Meanwhile, my personal property continues to be damaged

Terrible! Have a bill but no statement under my portal. Their customer service line sends you to another country and we can’t even understand each other. Absolute garbage.

I received a mail from HOA asking me to bring down my holiday signage which is discriminatory. I was asked to send an application for Holiday lights. HoA has the right to ask for application but when HOA is being selective which Holiday they will enforce thats when the law is broken and discrimination.
