Poor pool condition (algae, debree in the pool), literally unreadable financial statements ( the one they mailed was laughably small; you literally would need a magnifying glass to read it; I had to take a picture of it on my phone and blow it up), they spend exorbitant amounts of money on things with little to show for it (e.g. very overpriced christmas lights-- thousands of dollars for minimal lights), poor email response times, calls that go unreturned, an entire huge strip of grass in our entryway is dead because of brok... read more
The absolute worse managment company there is… no common sense exist. Wants to shut down our pool for almost the entire summer for the smallest issue.
Worst HOA I’ve ever been part of. They are a joke
Very high dues and nothing gets done! Pool was supposed to open April 1st, now they are telling us it needs repairs and it will be another 2 more months! Should have been done during winter. They have told us they will have the area next to us mowed and still has not been done! They just tell you what they think you want to hear but do nothing!!!
