I would like to share my experience with you regarding Ms. ELEANOR EAGLIN. I am very old school and had difficulty attaching my photos. Ms. Eglin took her time and downloaded the photos for me. She was very patent and understanding. She didn't make me feel less than for not knowing how to accomplish the task. We need more people like Ms. Eaglin working in the office. Job well done Ms. Eaglin.
Brittany L was super helpful when I had a few questions regarding the fence that I built. She thoroughly answered all of my questions and was very understanding of my questions. She was very prompt in her email responses to me and even dug around for some example photos to send my way. She took the time to call me and talked to me for about 15 minutes (which further helped answer the questions that I had). Brittany has fantastic customer service skills!
