Our Community Association Manager for Stonehaven Estates is Gigi Bastone. Gigi is a consummate professional in addressing issues and concerns for residents and HOA board members. She is invaluable, capable and extremely efficient in explaining/prioritizing HOA goals and agendas. We have had several associates assigned to our community and Gigi, by far, is the best we have ever had!
My family and I feel very lucky to have Bibi Alli as our new HOA property manager. She has been a tremendous help with a few issues we've been dealing with in our community. Bibi is very responsive via email and even personally paid us a visit to get a better understanding of our situation. We are very grateful for her help. Thank you, Bibi!
Tara - OTN front office guard - is fabulous. From her friendly & helpful demeanor to her willingness to go out of her way for residents, she is a joy to have. When we return to our residence after being away for long periods of time, we are confident that she is on top of things especially our package delivery If only there were more Taras!!
