A group of owners at Images Condominium are filing a complaint with DBPR against the board and FSRESIDENTIAL and the manager at Images for the outrageous increases of HOA they placed on the owners. Nearly a 200 percent increase in HOA. They send out letters persuading you to vote a certain way which is deceptive. I live at The Waverly in Orlando, Florida. I must give high remarks to Ramon and George who worked very hard on pressure washing the clubhouse rooptop. I didn't think it would even be possible to get it so clean. Looks like a brand new building. Thank you Ramon and George! Looks Great! I hope you get the recognition you deserve.
