I have been trying to get First Service Residential to maintain the weeds around our pond in Sunset Landing for over 2 months or longer. I have been given excuse after excuse for months now. I did get an email saying effective immediately they would be maintaining it on August 1, 2025, however nothing has been done. First Service is HORRIBLE! Horrible. Cant talk to anyone. Forces you to leave a message with "digital assistant" or get transferred to India to leave a message with them. Any management service I have used does not play these games and actually answers their own phones. You want immediate action for allowing someone to treat the building for pest control, yet you refuse to answer your own phone and force people to leave a message so you can call back in 48 business hours, doesnt sound like you have a sense of urgency to me. Poor communication as an HOA. We have a tenant in our rental home and sometimes only receive a 2nd or 3rd violation (without getting a first). We have signed up for and asked through email to receive email notifications for violations and we never receive emails. By the time we receive mail notification half our time to resolve the issue has elapsed. Kimberley Moore is the person to contact on the bottom of our violations but she does not respond.
