This company is nearly impossible to reach. They provide services to accept payments, but there is virtually no accessible customer service when you actually need help resolving an issue. I have been trying to resolve a matter that is clearly incorrect on their end, yet I keep receiving different balance amounts from different accountants managing my account. In my experience, this company has been extremely unprofessional. They appear to be pursuing outstanding balances from the previous management company, even when residents have documentation showing those accounts were already settled. Despite providing proof of payment, they continue to send threatening letters and emails about liens instead of addressing the evidence or speaking with residents directly. Debbie Cooper is a perfect example of someone who really loves their job and goes way about what is expected of them. I have needed to contact her numerous times about situations that have come up or just needed clarification on an item and she has always been quick to respond, gave me a phone number to call or she would take care of my issue on her own. She is a valuable asset to the resort and very knowledgeable of all areas of her job.

I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue directly with this location. Each time, I have been transferred, promised escalation, or left without any meaningful response. It has now been three days without communication. The original violation was issued for a bush located behind my fence. I called immediately to clarify what was required.
