Poor communication as an HOA. We have a tenant in our rental home and sometimes only receive a 2nd or 3rd violation (without getting a first). We have signed up for and asked through email to receive email notifications for violations and we never receive emails. By the time we receive mail notification half our time to resolve the issue has elapsed. Kimberley Moore is the person to contact on the bottom of our violations but she does not respond. Report problems takes months for them to address / pay contractors for work Not performed/ won’t show the books and contracts/ call and forwarded to another state/sprinkler system broken for 2 1/2 years contractor came in ripped up sprinkler wires capped off sprinkler line removed the heads but paid over 2500 to landscaper on the 2 1/2 years of not working / pool is a disaster needs cleaning missing umbrella s on 2 nd month for replacement / people in office have no. They issued my RFID tags for my new home, but they don’t work. Not sure whose fault it is…gate company or First Residential, but we couldn’t get in the gate to get to our home until someone came up behind me.

We have been “managed “ by First Service Residential since moving here over a year ago. They claim to respond to all concerns. This is 100% false. Rare to actually speak to a person. When you do, the complaint gets logged. The person on the phone is in another part of the country. Not responded to nor addressed. Going to the local office (45 minutes away) in no benefit either. We have major ongoing issues with contracts signed by the builder of our neighborhood. We as owners don’t have control yet and no say in anything. I w... read more

They will not answer problems associated with our community. Beazer says issues should be fixed by the HOA and management company.
