I have lived in a Country Club Community for many over 15 years with property management provided by FirstService Residential. They do a reasonable job of keeping the community property up. They sent me a letter asking that I trim a tree so as not to obstruct the street lamp. I trimmed the tree in the fall, and in the spring unbeknown to me they sent someone to trim it again. I Live in White Horse subdivision in Leawood, KS. We have had First Service Residential as our management team all the years I have lived in the community. I serve on the board and I could not do that job without the support and knowledge Jennifer Bishop provides. I have read other reviews that state she is a Rock Star, and she is.
I sold my property (an empty lot) in… I sold my property (an empty lot) in 9/2020 next door to my 2nd lot I am selling this month of December, 2021. The Resale Dept. is not reachable by phone to discuss and understand the exorbitant fees of $889 fees they charge which is over 16% of my last one. FirstServe customer service rep. can only give me the email address to email Resale Team which they had referred me to WelcomeLink.
