My wife Gwendolyn and I have recently moved into a Dell Webb community, Ken Fisher with Resident Services was very helpful and was very positive and cheerful while helping us. I am glad he is a part of the resident services team!
Thank God for the new management, Cristina and her assistant JoJorgi.not sure of the spelling, are truly doing an outstanding job! They are movers and shakers for the better of our community! If I could leave negative stars for this company I would. They single handedly drove my condo community into the ground over a handful of years. Opened us up to lawsuits because of their poor leadership and lack of competence, caused our buildings to decay due to neglecting them and not properly maintaining the community, the list goes on.
