My condo complex currently has FirstService Residential and I can honestly say that just about everyone living here is extremely dissatisfied with the service we have been receiving over the last 2.5 years. The property has declined so much that its going to cost so much to bring it back to what it was prior to their contract starting. Im reading a lot of positive reviews though so that leads me to believe that either these are fake reviews, or we just have bad apples running our complex.
