I met Carrie Waller of Everlake at Mandarin Community in Jacksonville, FL. I came in as a vendor/presenter. Carrie was thorough, and delivered the best customer service. It was a pleasure to work with her and see how she interacts with the community. She has a heart for people and excellence. She continually goes above and beyond!
Kevin is always doing his job watching the community and keeping an eye out for anyone suspicious, recently my girlfriends car was broken into and he ended up seeing the criminals in action and was able to get their vehicle tag after chasing them down, we really appreciate his work, excellent. update 2 years later, Kevin is THE MAN! Wouldn’t trade this guy for anybody, not just as a security guard but he is an awesome individual, everybody loves him!!!
