If I could leave negative stars for this company I would. They single handedly drove my condo community into the ground over a handful of years. Opened us up to lawsuits because of their poor leadership and lack of competence, caused our buildings to decay due to neglecting them and not properly maintaining the community, the list goes on. Shannon is an absolute gem! She’s always greeting me with a smile when I roll into the gym. I tell her all the time she works harder than most people in here—she’s always moving, like a little worker bee going from one side to the next. Her personality is just as great as her work. She does an amazing job and really helps keep the gym clean and welcoming.

I would like to single out kara Ferguson and Georgiann Hawkins for the way they conduct themselves day in, day out. They always have a smile on their face, they are very polite and tentative. No question or request is an inconvenience. They both go out of their way to service the residents.
