Kara Ferguson and Georgiann Hawkins along with the FirstService onboarding process to our HOA was fantastic. Kara and Georgiann were so friendly along with being knowledgeable on all the services offered by the HOA. I highly recommend FirstService.
Data is always fantastic! He makes the best cocktails and is incredibly attentive, even when the bar is busy.
I own a condo and we have First Service Residential. Property mgr Beth Albertson never answers the phone or respond on email and now they promoted her. We live more than 2 months with honeybees inside the condo on the third floor, this is there responsibility to take care of that, but nobody cares. I called Jax office, they opened the case for me to connect with management. Already 3 weeks no call from management. But when it's time to pay my fees, it's got to be on time, we can't be late. Worst company
Kara is SO professional and friendly. She definitely has great people skills.
