On April 7, 2026, I visited the property management office in Fredericksburg, Virginia, before 4 p.m. Even though the website and paperwork said they were open until 5 p.m., according to the new hire, everyone had already gone home. I am a homeowner in Lee’s Parke and recently had a very frustrating experience with the HOA management and the way my case was handled. First, I received a violation regarding the siding of my house even though I had already cleaned it several times and made a good-faith effort to comply with the community standards. If management believed the work was not satisfactory, they should have sent me a written notice explaining what was wrong and allowed me time to correct it before issuing heavy penalties. First Service has been a great partner to my community in PW county. We have a great neighborhood and FS has provided two great community managers (Lindsay and Kayla), in the seven years,my family has owned this home. Working with these mangers has required so little effort on my part. Questions are promptly and accurately answered (roof replacement).
