I have worked with the Property Managers at the FirstService Fredericksburg branch for many years and they are just great. Edit: Recently received faulty guidance that resulted in expenses both financially and in many other professional’s lost time. Reducing from 5 to 3. Average. I have reached out to Kayla Russo out of the Fredericksburg office a couple of times with questions or needing her assistance. She was quite responsive and helpful in both instances. I appreciate what she does to keep the community looking beautiful.
I had a similar experience as others have mentioned with Danielle McCauley. Terrible customer service. I sent her an email assuming we were working towards a resolution for the issue I brought to her attention. Danielle never replied and instead just added more fees. Then when I gave her forms to give to the board, she lied about doing it. I hope enough people in my neighborhood complain to the board so we can find a different company. Danielle is the only agent receiving multiple poor reviews. Maybe that is a sign.
