The management staff this company uses to service Watermark on the Hudson is awful.
The management staff this company uses to service Watermark on the Hudson is awful. Specifically Rose Tambone and Dawn Ruggiero are simply incompetent.
Kim and her team at first residential are fantastic. My 81 year old mother lives in the building and, Kim has been instrumental in helping me with anything and everything regarding my mom, her apartment and, even emergency services that are inferred in the building. I don’t live in the sane state as my mother and Kim has eased our both of our minds knowing she is always available to help. Without her quick responses and follow up emails, my situation would be extremely frustrating. Thank you Kim!
The unbelievable construction noise occurring at 2000 Linwood Ave (managed by FirstService) on a daily basis from Monday-Friday 9-5PM is simply intolerable. Endless hours of JACKHAMMERS, drills, saws, hammering, and demolishing of walls with sledgehammers in a concrete building. It's so serious as to cause hearing loss and make you want to yell in agony. First Service Residential's Board Package program is something from 1998. It is the least intuitive program and looks like it was designed by imbacile. Here is an idea. Instead of pocketing money and why not pay a decent programmer to make a modern, sleek, interface that doesn't make you want to pull your hair out every second? As a real estate agent and a buyer who deals with this program time to time it makes me age with stress.
