We just met with Nicole at Bulle Rock. We are new residents and she made us feel at ease from the moment we entered the front door. She explained everything to us and never minded repeating herself. I look forward to receiving her “hellos” when I enter the Resident's Club, as I witnessed her greeting others. Nicole is the perfect face for Bulle Rock customer service! Natalie Nelson .
Front Desk Coordinator Nicole really went above and beyond for us today. We just came from settling on our new home and did not have an appointment. But she helped us anyway. She was very polite and funny and just made us feel very welcomed. We received all of our credentials that are needed to move in and around our new community. Thanks again Nicole!!
The front desk staff at Bulle Rock promptly and professionally addressed my concern. Within the hour, Erin had left notice on a motor vehicle that was inappropriately parked for an extended period. It was removed by the next morning The front desk staff listens carefully, thoughtfully assesses concerns and takes appropriate action. They are an asset to the community.
Would love to give a 5-Star rating. Some of the Bulle Rock Staff is absolutely amazing. The Front Desk Professional - Nicole is an outstanding individual who is perfect for welcoming current and potentially new residents. I would also like to commend the GM - Chris for his tremendous balancing act of ensuring operations run efficiently while keeping residents safe and happy.
