Truly the worst management company. Poorly run, unresponsive and ridiculous fees. And I own several properties with different management companies. All was good for 7 years until my HOA switched to this company. Choose a different management company if you can.
I never have written a bad review on any business before but this company has been the worst in so many ways. Cannot reach anyone who can answer questions or send me a coupon book to pay my dues I cannot imagine that other people have given them a five star rating.

Professional, self starting individual with excellent people skills
I live in a community on Kent Island called Bayside. From 2020 til 2023 we had First Service as our property management company. We were very fortunate to have Tina Hohenstein as our on-site manager. Tina was and I'm sure still, is a responsible and caring individual. I never had any issues with her or First Service. Tina became so personally involved with every aspect of Bayside.
