Have called numerous time’s complaining that the company doody calls is not doing there job. Have called doozy calls as well. Do not use first service residential. They Do not do anything except take our check. As well as Doody Calls.

See you in court. You are a 1 and zero star rated company for a good reason - you are a cut-rate, zero service management company that hires the cheapest most incompetent people. You name is perhaps the worst description of what you are - FirstService - what a bad joke - Last/No Service fits so much better. ****Perhaps the worst one star rated property management company on the planet. Building's hire this company because they are the cheapest and they get what they pay for.

Absolutely horrendous company. The property managers are completely unresponsive, and ignored requests to remove low-hanging, broken branches for months. They do not send out notifications to residents, but post tiny signs in a couple areas when cleaning or maintenance needs to be done. They also have no idea when trash/recycling pickup is, and you get a different answer depending on who answers the phone. All this, and they still have the audacity to raise HOA fees. Reconsider living in a place “managed” by this company.

First Service Residential is Very good at taking your HOA money and VERY BAD at addressing any kind of neighborhood issue whatsoever. They refuse to address tenants who disturb the peace and ruin the whole neighborhood. They don’t care if your neighborhood turns into skid row as long as they get their money. I would give 0 stars on this review if I could, but I can’t, so for that reason I am giving 1 star.
