When I first moved into Talamore, the FirstService-appointed manager was difficult to work with and lacked effective communication skills. Fortunately, our current manager who has been with Talamore 10+ years, has brought a refreshing level of leadership to the community. Under their guidance, our financials have improved significantly, and they demonstrate a strong understanding of our governing documents. Their expertise has helped us navigate the complexities of legal and governmental regulations with confidence.
First Service Residential is very professional, our property manager is very efficient and accessible to address any issues and concerns in our community.
The building association has always been incredibly responsive and willing to assist with any concerns or requests. It’s reassuring to know that whenever an issue arises, they handle it promptly and professionally.
The level of knowledge & professionalism of the FSR mgmt team we have assigned to our community attributes to my rating.
