Exceptional service from their executive level, back office, and down to our on-site property manager.
About 3 to 4 weeks ago we got a new property manager Dorinda. Since then emails go unanswered for days about various concerns. Had to communicate with the regional manager Matt, but even those responses are slow and doesn't answer every question. New property manager told me she was overwhelmed by the volume of emails left behind by her predecessor, but that is the company's responsibility to catch up. I have no confidence in this company or the property managers.
I’m a homeowner at Grand Resorts Beachfront North Condominiums managed by First Service Residential. FirstService Residential has selected the very best on-site managers over the years as is evident by its current on-site Senior Community Manage, Brendan Pignataro. He is highly responsive, courteous, ever helpful in resolving issues and always demonstrates a positive can-do attitude.
Read if you want honest feedback: They manage property in nj and said they determine fees based off of "calculations" and when you ask them if you can see the contracts that led to the cost of fees, the board of directors + property manager says it would take too long and nothing would get done. They are attempting to charge a move in and move out fee to landowners for a townhome but can't justify $500 move in/move out charge to other than paper work.
