I contacted First Service Residential and left a voicemail for Melanie Krown in regards to questions I had about having our house repainted. Melanie emailed me very promptly and answered the questions I had. I appreciated her quick feedback.

I’ve been unable to access my home through the gate using my transponder for weeks. I contacted FirstService Residential, and while the manager initially promised to resolve the issue — including another serious problem where an employee deleted my old gate access code — nothing has been done. Despite multiple calls, emails, voicemails, and even direct conversations, no one has followed up. They blamed the issue on the other gate, saying my transponder was installed in the wrong place.
