Absolutely horrible, neglectful Property Management company. Do NOT use First Residential Property to manage your townhomes or your HOA. Complaints and concerns go ignored and you get no repsonse from the property managers. Many owners have left numerous messages and you never get a callback or an email to at least acknowledge they received the information. I contacted FirstService Residential - Carlsbad, regarding trees in the canyon behind our home that were not being watered because of how brown they were. We assumed the sprinklers were not working and were a bit concerned since this can be a fire hazard. Vanessa Deffenbaugh and Melanie Kroen responded to our request immediately and within a week I noticed the trees were recovering from the lack of water. The company hires a bunch of apathetic idiots!!! When a company really doesn't care or they don't try to help customers, they do not deserve to be a business! Update: What a bunch of phony "good reviews." And please don't use Palomar Flower Fields as your place of business!!! It totally isn't!!!
