Horrible building management company. STEER CLEAR OF FS RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS!! Management is unresponsive and hostile. Customer service reps on the phone will pretend like they care, tell you they will follow up with your concerns, but you'll never hear back. Appliances are low quality (e.g. an unvented dryer that takes 3 hours to dry a load) and if they break, you're on your own. I currently have had brown tap water for the past month. All apartments at Woodside Central only get 10-20 minutes of hot running water at a time... read more
Well, after my tenant moved out for 9 months, the HOA company still force me to pay the move out deposit and fee $750 to get the process for closing (to sell the condo). After the closing, another 9 months the HOA(FirstService Residential Group) didn’t issue for the refund of deposit even I sent out thousands emails. At the end, stop by the civil court, I only need to pay $15 fee to file the claim. Landlords, if you do meet those kink of HOA management group, do not hesitate to file your claim to sue those greedy HOA company... read more
