We are in the final stretch of buying a new co-op and it would have been much more difficult if not for the assistance of Sallieann Pollio. She has been very patient with us and our realtor and incredibly responsive. My wife and I are looking forward to working with her as we move forward in this process and hopefully some of the renovations that we hope to do in the near future. Thanks for making a stressful situation totally bearable.
Truly baffled by the positive reviews. I double checked to make sure I hadn’t found the wrong business. FSR has been in charge of our building for a year and it is ethically bankrupt and borderline illegal in its actual management of its property. Requests go completely unresponded to, the super is kind but grossly overworked and thus not able to respond to requests.
