She helped us navigate the process with the building in a professional, thoughtful way, helping walk us through what the next steps were and the timing we should expect. She made what could have been an extremely stressful process very manageable and I can't say enough good things about her!
I just went through the process of buying a co-op and FirstService Residential made the process easy. I was in contact with Sallyann P. from FirstService the whole way through the process and she was very professional and responsive. My emails were answered promptly and anything that was needed she was there to assist. A+ service.
Truly baffled by the positive reviews. I double checked to make sure I hadn’t found the wrong business. FSR has been in charge of our building for a year and it is ethically bankrupt and borderline illegal in its actual management of its property. Requests go completely unresponded to, the super is kind but grossly overworked and thus not able to respond to requests.
