We are in the final stretch of buying a new co-op and it would have been much more difficult if not for the assistance of Sallieann Pollio. She has been very patient with us and our realtor and incredibly responsive. My wife and I are looking forward to working with her as we move forward in this process and hopefully some of the renovations that we hope to do in the near future.
