After removing shrubs from my backyard in full compliance with HOA rules, I submitted clear photos multiple times over a month ago to support the return of my $1,000 deposit. I've had them for 2 properties I've owned. Our current contact Cathy is great. She responds to any needs right away and goes beyond what's expected to try and make it happen. I was not impressed at all with my previous property contact and her communication, so this is very refreshing.
FirstService Residential Aliante is an asset to our community. They are always there to help out when you need them. I highly recommend them
This HOA is predatory and has unethical business practices. I would highly recommend not buying a home in their area of service. Absolute trash!
