I would leave no stars if I could. I don't normally leave reviews that are bad, but this place sucks. I pay a huge monthly fee and get nothing in return. I can't get a response from anyone that works here. They have an answering service, my money well spent, so that they don't have to speak with the residents they are supposed to service. I heard horror stories of dealing with HOA's from all my friends and family but got the opposite with FirstService Residential Aliante. They were very responsive to concerns I had about my landscaping and worked with me on a very human to human kindness level. I especially want to shout out Nicole Barnes and her ability to listen and act to help me overcome the problem in a quick and efficient manner! YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!

Sharon Tierney has been a tremendous help. I have been having a situation within my community attempting to get a hold of someone that could assist. I had to go to their actual office to get a hold of someone that wouldn't just pass me on to the next available caller. Sharon handled my situation with efficiency and great communication. It would have been great to have had her as my first contact throughout this process.
After removing shrubs from my backyard in full compliance with HOA rules, I submitted clear photos multiple times over a month ago to support the return of my $1,000 deposit. Instead of resolving, their management continues to stall, citing irrelevant or outdated excuses about plant placement from months earlier.
