I have dealt with Sharon Tierney over the years and I must say she is extremely professional and has always been helpful. Sometimes dealing with an HOA can be rough but she has personally given me such a great experience. they do not respond to emails. the resale packages they create are incomprehensible. they will contradict themselves page to page. if you have questions, they won’t answer the phone. despite all these red flags, i bought a house in a FirstService HOA. they continue to ignore emails. the online portal has not been updated since january 2025. i am not sure what they are being paid for since they seem to do nothing????
Me and my wife just left the office and spoke with Alena about our situation with some fines we had received. Alena very helpful and her service was beyond exceptional.
