I have asked to speak to a manger/supervised multiple times and I have never received a call back . I received a new debit card and I entered into the auto pay system. To this day I don’t know what went wrong but they were never able to take the funds out. However, I got a confirmation email saying that everything was fine with the set up. I never got another email stating that something was wrong until I received a certified letter from Redrock financial which is a collection agency. I would leave no stars if I could. I don't normally leave reviews that are bad, but this place sucks. I pay a huge monthly fee and get nothing in return. I can't get a response from anyone that works here. They have an answering service, my money well spent, so that they don't have to speak with the residents they are supposed to service. I can't believe a business is run this horribly. I got a response for my home project 31 days late. I heard horror stories of dealing with HOA's from all my friends and family but got the opposite with FirstService Residential Aliante. They were very responsive to concerns I had about my landscaping and worked with me on a very human to human kindness level. I especially want to shout out Nicole Barnes and her ability to listen and act to help me overcome the problem in a quick and efficient manner! YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!

Sharon Tierney has been a tremendous help. I have been having a situation within my community attempting to get a hold of someone that could assist. I had to go to their actual office to get a hold of someone that wouldn't just pass me on to the next available caller. Sharon handled my situation with efficiency and great communication. It would have been great to have had her as my first contact throughout this process.
