Liz was very helpful in communicating with me and issuing an extension on my major house repair.
It’s hard for people to deal with associations sometimes as we all feel we are in the right. Recently I had a disagreement and was able to deal with Cathy Blazevich @ First Service. She treated me with respect and honesty and was patient with me. She gave me time to realize I was in the wrong and gave me time to fix my violation. She replied to me every time and was always up front and honest.
I'm really grateful for the hard work and dedication our HOA puts into maintaining and improving our community. The efforts they make to keep our neighborhood clean, safe, and well-organized really contribute to the positive atmosphere here. It's clear the community manager Nicole and associate Vanessa care about creating a great place for everyone to live, and I truly appreciate everything they do!

Worst HOA company in the world. Happy to be rid of the clowns and move on. Good luck to you if your living here it has gone way down hill. TRIPOLY AT KINGS HILL IS GARBAGE. Just today took my kids out for a play and this is what we see. Stuff like this on a daily basis.
