NIGHTMARE I live at the Commodore Apartment 804 I paid $30,000 for restoration by Alpha Tech. Alpha Tech employees permanently scratched six custom balcony glass panels and two hurricane bay windows in January 2025. Alpha Tech also permanently damaged my balcony ceiling. I am a resident at Tao at Sawgrass and have had the absolute worst experience dealing with FirstService Residential, more specifically the assistant property manager Selena. She is always extremely rude and disrespectful to all residents and makes it a point to make it known she does not like her job or care for any residents of the building. First Service--misleading on the name, there is no service. Most times they have the phones transferred to a centralized customer service. You leave a message they don't call back. Maria Hernandez has been receiving the messages we leave to provide an update on the status of an application yet she does not call back. Look at all the bad reviews, there is a reason for that. One more dissatisfaction review on the list.

It is the worst company I ever worked with. They are not responsive. They never give any answers. They are the worst. They just hang up on me because I was requesting an information.
