Hostility, violence and breaking laws run high at the Commodore. A resident tried to beat down my door. First Residential or board won't respond. I had to fix my door. I'm afraid to leave my apartment. The anger in the photo shows what they are capable of.
There has been poor communication from their side; they are not delivering the estoppel on time, which is causing delays in the closing process. We have been requesting updates through emails and phone calls, but they are not responding.
NIGHTMARE It's a shame I can't give zero stars I live at the Commodore I paid $30,000 for restoration by Alpha Tech. Alpha Tech employees permanently scratched six custom balcony glass panels and two hurricane bay windows in January 2025. Alpha Tech also permanently damaged my balcony ceiling. I reported the damage to the property manager at First Service management the day it happened.
