Friendly caring staff.
They outsource after-hours customer service (or lack thereof) to a foreign call center. The people at the call center are unable to do anything except email your property manager. Don’t expect anything resembling actual help from them.

Hostility, violence and breaking laws run high at the Commodore. A resident tried to beat down my door. First Residential or board won't respond. I had to fix my door. I'm afraid to leave my apartment. The anger in the photo shows what they are capable of.
