Just got off the phone with the irritable customer service rep who kept stepping over me speaking over me. How unprofessional when I'm trying to make a payment. This is definitely not the type of company you want to do your business with. They want to charge you $9 to make a payment over the phone. And you are unable to delete or close the account.
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This property management company is completely incompetent and nearly impossible to communicate with. They are not only unable to handle basic accounting, but also unwilling to connect residents with their Community Managers. If you are on a board and looking for a new management company, STEER CLEAR of this one!
Careana has been the best addition to Birkdale, the clubhouse, and all of the residents. Out of the 6 neighborhoods I’ve lived in, she has been the best neighborhood manager BY FAR.
This has been the absolute worst HOA I have ever dealt with! As a homeowner for over a decade, I’ve interacted with several different HOAs. I’ve requested to speak to someone several times via email and calling the number on the letter I received. The letter stated that there will be a hearing regarding the violation (no flowers in my planters) at “the link below”. THEY FORGOT TO INSERT THE LINK! This is an understandable human error.
