Careana has been the best addition to Birkdale, the clubhouse, and all of the residents. Out of the 6 neighborhoods I’ve lived in, she has been the best neighborhood manager BY FAR.
This has been the absolute worst HOA I have ever dealt with! As a homeowner for over a decade, I’ve interacted with several different HOAs. I’ve requested to speak to someone several times via email and calling the number on the letter I received. The letter stated that there will be a hearing regarding the violation (no flowers in my planters) at “the link below”. THEY FORGOT TO INSERT THE LINK! This is an understandable human error. The builder has made a mistake and drilled a hole in my bathroom and it’s taking them 6+ months to remediate the issue
Our community switched to First Service Residential about a year and a half ago and it has been a disaster. This company is so disorganized. If you call or email you are sent to a call center. The will not be able to answer any of your questions so you will be asked to have a call back. Then, no one ever returns the call. I'm the social director for our neighborhood and I am still waiting for a call back from last December (2024) among several other times.
