Our community switched to First Service Residential about a year and a half ago and it has been a disaster. This company is so disorganized. If you call or email you are sent to a call center. The will not be able to answer any of your questions so you will be asked to have a call back. Then, no one ever returns the call. I'm the social director for our neighborhood and I am still waiting for a call back from last December (2024) among several other times.
