I had hoped FirstService Residential would be an improvement over our last HOA management company, but unfortunately, that has not been my experience. In fact, it feels as though they have actively worked to avoid providing the support our community needs. Most distressingly, I have been waiting for over two months for a reimbursement of over $3,000 that is owed to me. Terrible! I’m starting petition to have them removed from our Radbourne HOA.. stay away from this company unless you want to make your residents very annoyed.
It has been a true pleasure working with Chesney Jackson at FirstService Residential. My company handles waste haul services at select properties for the team and I have nothing but positive experiences communicating with their team and especially Chesney. I would highly recommend FirstService for any of your property management needs and if you get to work with Chesney like I have, consider yourself lucky!
