Would not recomend this property management company. Our association used them, and ended up with a manager (James Martin)who was rude, and very narsacistic in my opinion. He seemed to have problems with most people he was in contact with.
All they care about is, the money we provide for them.....customer service is F.
Terrible service. Jesus was by far the most unprofessional service representative on the phone. They don’t care about anything tenant related. Very disappointing how unhelpful they are. Desperate need of new employees.
I strongly advise you not to use this management service for your condos or associations. They allow towing companies to use unmarked vehicles to have resident's guests cars towed. "Spotters" are against Broward County ordinance and has been brought to the attention of my property manager. They still alllow it. They pushed for our properties to be managed by Oncall Patrol, which is owned by the same company that towls the vehicles and they do NOTHING about it.
