First Service Residential has been a great management company. I've loved working with Beverly Golib and Katie Danninghold. They've given me great advice and have great judgement. They have always been honest and reliable. They have been a pleasure to work with over the many many years . I personally am sorry for the change.
Rebecca Dowling is our property manager for our community HOA and she is truly exceptional in her role. She is always quick to respond to queries and concerns, creating a sense of reliability that is hard to find in property management. Her friendly and approachable demeanor makes her easy to work with, fostering a positive relationship between tenants and management. Rebecca's professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction make her an outstanding property manager that I would recommend without hesitation.
This review is based on my 10 years experience with First Service Residential and specifically, Beverly Gotlib and Katie Dannehold. Both Katie and Beverly exceed all expectations. My stay at the property would not be the same without her. She is available and ready to answer any questions, she is very helpful, caring and makes the stay more comfortable.
