I have been a condo owner for over 30 years of several condos along the Gulf Coast. I have never encountered a management company as terrible as this one when it comes to collecting HOA dues. It is an awful process when collecting HOA fees and they don't provide quarterly coupons on reminders. They use an autopay service that charges owners $100.00/transaction.
