There are no words to describe just how inept this company is. Zero rating!
Terrible management.
FSR provides checks and balances. Core employees are fluent in state law and adhere to it. There is a willingness to address problems vs ignoring them. It appears that from the top down there is a willingness to listen to boards. When an association has a very unique request FSR was able to get the job done. We have only been with FSR for 9 months and for the most part (not always) we have been treated with honesty and respect, and when we weren't FSR higher ups stepped in to correct.
We have been dealing with Lindsay Diaferia from FirstService Residential. She has been extremely professional, responsive and easy to deal with. Her communication and organization skills allow for seamless project management and she is truly a pleasure to deal with.
Horrible company to deal with. Steer clear if you can
