I cant find 0 star ...thier parking enforcement is a scam, they would tow your car for any reason you could imagine including out of state licence plate expired tags l,safety inspection tax sticker ...and if the car seem has been in an accident. Also if the visitor don't change spot everyday thier car is gone so to get it back $185 !! As they have very limited space while providing unlimited passes people fight for spot and end up parking in visitor as resident forgetting to switch the parking tag to visitor will cost 185$! ... read more
I have been attempting to contact them with a damaged ceiling due to their leaking skylight (im in a condo and the skylight is not my property). I filed multiple work orders and have yet to speak to anyone who has any answers and have not received a call back at all or email. MONTHS. what do people pay $280 a month for????
