I worked for them as a concierge until they were edged Out by Adamas Building Services. Graciously the condo board insisted that the new Company retain current employees.
It just keeps getting better! Lived in jersey city 16 years and the attentiveness of staff to help me keep up condo is always improving. Geraldine and Marbell in the office and the maintenance and security staff are great.
Michael Denker along with board approval negotiated the worst long term bulk Spectrum cable deal for our co-op in my opinion. Residents can't even choose to be excluded from this package because the charge is collected from management directly. Who in 2019 needs a DVR or a land line? I was getting better services for substantially less before this deal. Thanks Mike for not returning any of my messages.
Worst Service. In all my dealings with them as our property management service there was only one person I met who seemed genuinely comptent and cared about customers.
This is the worst company on earth. I have never dealt with such unprofessional, disrespectful, rude, incompetent bunch of people in one place. We have been trying to move into condo that we recently purchased in jersey city and the manager of the building is outright nasty. We submitted all documents and fees but she will not approve our move in. Don't these people realize that they are displacing people because of their lack of competency.
