We've really enjoyed the lifestyle in this 55+ community at The Falls at Parkland. A big part of that is the management team. Linda Williams and Erika Gomez are always professional and responsive. The lifestyle director always has a smile on her face and happy to help.
Lori Roman was great. We are new owners in the community and she was very informative and went out of her way to help us. Thanks Lori :)
Ilissa Shannon was incredibly helpful and patient with me and with first residential’s website requiring two calls and special assistance from first residential. Their website, security system and poor password website was a true challenge. ILissa was also able to help me with a service request for my plants which started the entire website cascade. Thank for having such wonderful ataff.
I am extremely grateful for Lori Roman's attention to detail in our orientation today. She was thorough, friendly, and really made us feel welcome and oriented to our new community. Thank you so much!
Danielle Wald is extremely competent 5 stars
