This company has been in charge of my HOA in Highland Ranch NV for the past couple of yrs. Within the first yr we started noticing things weren't being done around here anymore. In May of 2024 we started taking pictures. In June 2024 I made my first compliant in person with office manager Sheila Carrera and was told by her that they would have it taken care of in 2 weeks. This company is the worst. They have the highest fees and the least competent staff. Their philosophy is police the homeowners and offer no customer service. They charge the most in the area and offer zero accountability. They even have a no fault clause in their contract. Do not contract with first service you will regret it.
