First Service Residential manages my community Sabal Pine South. They have ignored my requests to maintain the exterior of the condo buildings which is required by the association bylaws. There is a black stan on all of the buildings and they refuse to have it cleaned. It's been like this for over a year. Property manager Alan has ignored my requests and tells me it's not high priority to maintain the exterior of building. I want to express my wonderful experience with Jessica Castro the association manager for the Oasis condos in Fort Myers. It is so nice to see an individual with such a great attituded and appreciation for her job. She is very intelligent and has a great sense of humor something you don't see every day in this changing world. all the questions we asked her about her facility were answered very quickly. She really takes pride in her role at the association she is tuff and smart at the same time.
