I received a letter from the HOA about the new delinquent account policy. I don’t have any violations or issues but I did have questions for clarification so I called during the weekend and left a message. Kara returned my call in a timely manner, was very clear in her answers and resolved the issue. I was pleased with the timely response. I have received “violations” before ie….. trash cans left out and the HOA has always responded to me in a quick and polite fashion.
Harassment, invasion of privacy(vendors on property), retaliation(selective enforcement).
