First on our common areas we have dead trees and plants and the lawn is never upkept weekly.it's and embarrassment to see. Cypress point has a Karen from this company nit picking on out lawns and sending us violations. The community is considering getting and other HOA company. They are tippy everyone off!!!

I can't compliment Marcia enough for today's help. She was so patient while I was frustrated and overwhelmed. Her customer service was excellent and FirstService is bless to have her on their payroll. If she ever leaves FirstService Residential the customer will be at a loss. I certainly appreciated her assistance. Thank you, Marcia. You're the best.

Marcia at First Service Residential provided us with excellent customer service. She was very attentive to our needs and her responsiveness for a resolution is outstanding. Her willingness to assist us by any means necessary was very much appreciated. We appreciate having someone we can turn to for our needs as a vendor.

I recently received exemplary customer service from Mr. Sal Paradiso. After receiving an email blast regarding an unexpected pool closure, I contacted our HOA to obtain additional details. Mr. Paradiso was very quick to answer my email and even notified me personally when the closure ended.
