This is the single worst company to deal with. They will give you a reason for a violation all day long. You submit an architectural request they will deny you no problem but not provide a reason why. You try to get in touch with the community manager and they never get back to you. You try to call and they offer the same excuse every time that someone will call. Worst company ever. I live in Ladera ranch. They charge assessment fees every quarter and raise the HOA fee. Wish you give zero stars - that’s what they truly deserve. No one answers. No one returns calls. This company is a complete joke. They are the mouth pieces for our developer take dues and show zero for it.
Wow, I've read a lot of really bad reviews here, but am very fortunate to have been working with Kevin Reitz! He helped expedite our HOA approval of landscaping, including driveway & patio extension at our newer home in Gruenefield. We've had bad experiences with our HOA's in Phoenix (one was FirstResidential), but I'm relieved & very happy with our experience here so far! 5 stars. Thank you Kevin!
They took care of my issue in a timely manner.
