We have recently moved to Lakes of Waterways. We have been to the HOA office numerous times as we have navigated being new owners. We have had excellent service from Kim Gray. She has been attentive, kind and courteous to our many questions. The association is fortunate to have such an outstanding employee. She is a true asset, and we highly recommend her expertise to our neighbors.
I have been to the HOA office dozens of times in the Lakes of Waterways Village and have always had excellent service from Kim Gray. Excellent service each time without complaint. Listens intently and always takes care of whatever problem I bring her. Highly recommend her to everyone in the lakes.

I attended s craft fair on Saturday at Ocean Village in the beautiful community center. Maria Montano set up the room very nice. Area where fair was held was roomy and the customers were able to visit or shop or do both.
Marie Montano helped make it an enjoyable experience at Ocean Village craft fair. She was very accommodating, friendly and helpful.
