Kim is a very professional and dedicated person. She is someone that First Services should be proud of. She has helped us so much. We were really in a hard place e when she came. We have recently moved to Lakes of Waterways. We have been to the HOA office numerous times as we have navigated being new owners. We have had excellent service from Kim Gray. She has been attentive, kind and courteous to our many questions. The association is fortunate to have such an outstanding employee. She is a true asset, and we highly recommend her expertise to our neighbors.
I have been to the HOA office dozens of times in the Lakes of Waterways Village and have always had excellent service from Kim Gray. Excellent service each time without complaint. Listens intently and always takes care of whatever problem I bring her. Highly recommend her to everyone in the lakes.
