I live in a building managed by these guys and they are useless. Ilir Grillo is the manager and never responds to emails or follows up. We've been waiting 2 months for them to fix a door.
We met the super nice site supervisor at the artistry condo. He helped us alot with our work.
Why the heck my building is managed by them, day and night being harassed and threaten by the security. Emails goes down to the toilet never get feedbacks. at the most helpless time, I can only trust n pray for god to take them 😭
The noise problem at 9 Bogert Ave has been a severe issue for two years, and the property management has failed to address it adequately. Despite numerous complaints from residents, management continually evades responsibility, offering excuses instead of tangible solutions. The property manager is virtually absent from the building and is unresponsive to emails, leaving residents feeling neglected and frustrated.
