The noise problem at 9 Bogert Ave has been a severe issue for two years, and the property management has failed to address it adequately. Despite numerous complaints from residents, management continually evades responsibility, offering excuses instead of tangible solutions. I have had a terrible experience with first service residential. We have had two robberies in our building at 11 Superior and little was done to resolve the issue. Not only that, but the property managers have been absent (at best) and frankly very rude. Recently, I had a $500.00 dollar security deposit taken from our building for use of the "shared common space". There was no justification and even less communication from management.
