Bank operations are extremely GOOD. But this issue is about their credit card operators I am trying to effectively get a refund for a purchase at number One China on Grant Avenue that made me sick from buying their food Seafood lo mein for 5 hours overnight and no less than 10 trips to the bathroom. Their customer service person said I got the food so they can't dispute the amount for the product that made me ill. Today was the first time I went into this bank. Beth serviced my husband and I. We are very pleased with the customer service here. Everyone was very friendly and personable. The bank has great investment products as well.
Jackie was beyond rude on the phone, when I called her out on it and told her she did not have to give me an attitude about her own error, she hung up on me. Completely unprofessional.
This Matter Was Addressed by A Banking Officer The Next Day. This is the Type of Service I Have Been Accustomed to For 50 Years. Very Disappointed for the First Time Tuesday! 4:55 In Drive through with 1 Person in front of each. At 4:58 Both Windows Said CLOSED. If you don't want to be open til stated time of 5, it's fine, but then State Closing Time as 4:55.
