Few weeks ago I received a new debit card and the chip wasn't working. After bout a week without my card I finally received my new card and after about a month same thing started to happen. I called and spoke to a representative and was informed to he was gonna send me out another card and my current card would still be active until I received my replacement. First trust is absolute THE worst bank in existence. I have a government pension check that goes in on the first every month. We’re the first falls on a Saturday First Trust does not allow me access to those funds until Tuesday, and if the first is on a Sunday I I sometimes cannot access my own money until Wednesday. OPM told me that they deposit my check the Thursday before, when the first is on a weekend; it is First Trust that decided to hold onto a Senior Citizen’s money as long as they legally can.
