I signed up for a bonus of 50,000 points (and they only gave me 35,000) and did everything necessary for the 50,0000 bonus points, this was confirmed by a representative. I followed up with customer care who just repeated the mistake made by the individual who made the mistake on the points and not even look into the issue on my account. Needless to say I will never do business with this company, it was a terrible experience.

I made an appointment on line; shortly after making the appointment I received a call from Wayne to go over a few options before the appointment. Wayne let me know about a few products and rates I did not know about. Wayne’s knowledge and customer service were superlative on the phone and continued during our in person appointment. He listened and made recommendations that were appropriate to my needs. I highly recommend Wayne at First Trust Bank.
