One of the best banks in center city. Wayne, is an excellent universal banker who pays genuine personal attention to customers.
Firstrust Bank cares about low-income college students. Thank you, Wayne Bookman and the rest of the Firstrust family, for going above and beyond for a great purpose. We are Quest for Educational Excellence, a nonprofit that awards scholarships to economically disadvantaged college students. Scholarship checks were mailed; however, the student never received them. I made an appointment on line; shortly after making the appointment I received a call from Wayne to go over a few options before the appointment. Wayne let me know about a few products and rates I did not know about. Wayne’s knowledge and customer service were superlative on the phone and continued during our in person appointment. He listened and made recommendations that were appropriate to my needs. I highly recommend Wayne at First Trust Bank.
I come to this branch very often and absolutely love it and the staff. Everyone is so polite and quick to help. Wayne always takes care of me, has a great attitude and smile on his face! They're actually open on Saturday too so you get that extra day for your banking needs if you live in the city. Firstrust is a family owned bank and that family style culture is evident here!
