Firstrust gets the job done every time. They make it easy, convenient, friendly, and they've been able to do things for me other banks either wouldn't, or couldn't have done nearly as quickly and as easily as Firstrust made it. If you're looking for a new bank, I'd highly recommend a conversation with any banker in any branch across Firstrust!
I do not go to this location at all. Beyond unprofessional and classless. And it's allowed to be that way.
Terrible bank Overdraft fees are ridiculous They dont have good customer service Just overall trash
I signed up for a bonus of 50,000 points (and they only gave me 35,000) and did everything necessary for the 50,0000 bonus points, this was confirmed by a representative. I followed up with customer care who just repeated the mistake made by the individual who made the mistake on the points and not even look into the issue on my account. Needless to say I will never do business with this company, it was a terrible experience.
