I do not go to this location at all. Beyond unprofessional and classless. And it's allowed to be that way.
Terrible bank Overdraft fees are ridiculous They dont have good customer service Just overall trash
I signed up for a bonus of 50,000 points (and they only gave me 35,000) and did everything necessary for the 50,0000 bonus points, this was confirmed by a representative. I followed up with customer care who just repeated the mistake made by the individual who made the mistake on the points and not even look into the issue on my account. Needless to say I will never do business with this company, it was a terrible experience.
One of the best banks in center city. Wayne, is an excellent universal banker who pays genuine personal attention to customers.
Firstrust Bank cares about low-income college students. Thank you, Wayne Bookman and the rest of the Firstrust family, for going above and beyond for a great purpose. We are Quest for Educational Excellence, a nonprofit that awards scholarships to economically disadvantaged college students. Scholarship checks were mailed; however, the student never received them.
